ABOUT US: We were founded by Rev. Fred Cobbett. Fred has been in the People Development business for many years. Most recently he founded and built the largest “KIDCAREAMERICA” certified after school mentoring program in Dunwoody, Georgia, for elementary and middle school students. He was the founder and CEO of Dunwoody Christian Academy, also in Dunwoody, Georgia, as well as being an associate pastor / administrator and project manager. Rev. Cobbett has started and run several businesses, in recent years with P&L responsibility in the millions of dollars as well as oversight of a large staff. We are certified coaches and consultants of The Birkman International Corporation as well as the Resource Associates Corporation of which we are an affiliate. We offer development processes for individuals and business, employment assessments through the Birkman Method, as well as providing career counseling and youth development programs through America’s Rising Stars. |
